Before God sent him to us, we use to make tamales at home. At that time I was working in a grocery store as a seafood manager where I made a lot of customers. People use to pick our tamales outside the store's parking lot or sometimes I even delivered them myself during my lunch hour. I remember one time around Christmas, outside the grocery store, people use to form a big line to pick up our tamales... these customers created Ruby’s Grill, so we also want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Also i want to thank the City of Orange and all the people around, from offices, shops, business, private homes and all our customers who in one way or another made a big impact in our lifes.
